Copper rain gutters are one of the best and most beautiful metals that you can find in industrial metals. Its is a shinning commodity that never needs to be replaced. Copper metal rain gutters have a lifetime guarantee. They are unbreakable and leak proof, plus they add property value to your home. Copper rain gutters are elegant and attractive.

Galvanized rain gutters are less expensive than copper. The galvanize needs to be painted the color of your choice. They may be installed seamless or in sections with a custom shape. The downside to galvanize is that they last about 6 years. Over time, due to repainted or replaced. The paint begins to chip and becomes unattractive. Personally, galvanized rain gutters are great material, but need maintenance after a few years. However, I have removed 30 - year old galvanized rain gutters that have never been repainted or replaced. They were well taken care of. These rain gutters are heavy, strong and durable and they are my second recommendation.

Plastic rain gutters are much more economical and affordable. You do save money in the beginning, but in time the plastic tends to bend, break and sometimes fall from the face of your house. They need to be replaced or fixed. Ninety percent of the time plastic rain gutters need to be replaced. Some clients choose not to spend more money every 4 - 8 years on plastic rain gutters. Even if replaced or fixed, at times these rain gutters may do damage to the wood of your roof. Plastic rain gutters are last of my recommendations.
